  !!BEWARE!! Seller sent an unusable title with 18 characters and a decal that numbers didn't match the title. My PA notary called it an open-face title, which is illegal. I asked for new notarized title to be sent, he replied multiple times that it was. Days passed so I started a claim, assured him I'd stop it once title was received. Jon called, tried to stop the refund with Ebay. They wouldn't. He then allowed the refund and wanted me to buy again to start process over. No way, dont trust 'em
