Extremely thought provoking book backed by secure evidence to promote a change in how we live with a view to better brain health. Well structured planning makes it clearly achievable too. Loved the common sense approach of these highly knowledgeable health professionals.
The great thing is that it’s a recipe for health generally as well. It’s changed my way of thinking 🤔

Surprisingly grabs you and you’ hooked by the characters and the storyline.
The writer has combined historical fiction and fantasy really well, to make this a spellbinding series. I was reticent about a fantasy series of books, but the skilful writing grabbed me much like his other historical fiction work. Great characters too.
