good piece of kit for the price
Easy to set up and store away. Light weight but sturdy. Used by a 50kg woman and a 90kg man and gives a good aerobic workout for both. Adjustable to give a good range of resistance. Not sure that the resistance bands add a lot - but does give the option of arm/shoulder mobility exercises. Great to have available indoors when the weather may put you off jogging outside!

My second bottle of Renovo. Brings up the canvas soft top of my car so that it is like new. Use it twice a year and one brushed coat each time is enough. Got four applications from the first bottle so excellent value.
