What he considered to be a receipt was handwritten, no identification as to the provider of the receipt or services, no description of the work or what was worked on. Product was insured and with the proper receipt I would be able to make an insurance claim and have no problem providing him a refund in excess of the repair cost and the insurance claim. Got it in 2 days
Used two bags a they worked great for sous vide no noticeable difference in quality. The roll are to big but I just rolled up a few feet and it was fine.
