It leaks! Inconvenient design flaws.
The container that holds water for the k-cup side leaks... like... a lot. And yes, I’m putting it on correctly, and no, it’s not too full. I’ve tried only filling it a little, and it still happens. For the large pot side, it’s pretty difficult to fill. There is not a big opening, and if you miss, it either spills all over the counter, or spills over the coffee grounds. Terrible design. Also, because of the way the lid opens, you can’t pour an entire pot if water in, because there isn’t room to tip the pot fully to dump all the water. You have to fill mostly, the add more water to the pot and continue filling until full. I had such high hopes for this... waiting through extensive pandemic shipping delays, and am SO unhappy with the machine. Don’t buy.
