Works Great, Immediately improves usability of a 1911

works incredibly well for my Remington 1911, the extra length and width of this release lever makes it very easy to release the slide with either one of my thumbs without needing to reach for it as much with my grip. it was easier to release the slide by racking it closed previously. but now i just flick my thumb and it snaps forward. the stainless steel is a good match for my brushed stainless Remington R1 and looks like it belongs there. it fit right into place with zero fitment issues and immediately made operation of the slide easier!
