not a perfect duplicate but 99.5% is pretty close I will say this is a passable Rebuild.

great sound performance bad integration of control to tv

This item is very close to a 5 star rating but it has one glaring flaw. it can not be operated by the tv remote , even if you have a Panasonic tv of the same generation. so you are forced to operate your tv and sound with 2 separate devices this is a pain and really a major hit on what should be an item that compliments the tv instead it makes it awkward to use.
