  Cards were sent in an envelope with no penny sleeves or top loaders. Arrived with dings and tons of surface scratches as expected. Cannot recommend the seller on this basis.

The cards were not sold or given out in top loaders so there may be small scratches on all of the sets, but they should not have dings in them.
