  Came with chips on opening. No mention of any chips big enough to cut someone. Not worth the money asked. No pics showing chips in fact pic taken hides chips. I did contact seller no response. Tired of poor sellers. eBay should remove poor sellers. If sellers has may Negative feedback remove them from selling.

  I regret you were not happy with your purchase. The 60 year old used $35 item was shipped within 24 hrs of your purchase. When contacted about your dissatisfaction even though I do not accept returns I had immediately offered a full refund. Your statement that I did not respond is inaccurate. If you were so despondent regarding your perceived value of the item you could have contacted me explaining that you had buyer's remorse and you were happy with the refund, but you choose to discredit me.
