Good card for muti-display set up. No need for 2nd card. Unstaple at times. Good for general computing needs.

I have a 3 monitor setup. I'm not sure if it's Windows or nVidia, sometimes the main log in screen comes up blank after boot up. During initial installation/upgrade, the screen went blank for a long time while Windoze was downloading and updating the video driver. I'm not sure if it was just me or a general nVdia problem, this happened to me when I install another nVidia NVS 510 card also. The 510 was even worst, the screen was blank, not even showing POST, until after Win10 completely boots to the login screen. Once all the drivers have been updated, the system seems to be more staple except the occasional blank lo the login screen problem. Pros: Good enough performance for me (I'm not a gamer). The main reason for my purchase was to drive 3 displays without using a second card. The card is also very quiet and does not generate a lot of heat. Con: Occasional blank screen problem. The problem seems to go away if you set the computer to sleep then wake it up again. Not a deal breaker for me

Good SATA drive dock

Use this in a tower case to make a swappable NAS server. Easy to insert and remove drives. I also use it on my test desktop so I can easily switch between different OS's for testing. It's an older proven design, but it doesn't work too well with the 2.5" drives.
