Just the right fit
It's quite a bit heavier when compared to another type I was using, but it places the cable in a better position for my frame allowing the brake to function smoother and is solid.

Works, but...
1 of 2 found this helpful I bought this to try to get my daughter's smartphone to work as a GPS navigator for her car as well. I may have to reconsider that idea.
The receiver itself works just fine; it fired up as supposed to, aquired the satellites quickly and synced with the smartphone just fine. It's quite small and can be easily carried on your person. However, I still have to get mapping software for the phone which costs over $100 (for the Garmin software anyway). After factoring in the cost of the phone ($100), the receiver (another $100) and the software (more than $100), I'm into this for over $300.I might have saved headaches if I had just bought a newer smartphone with all the bells and whistles because, after I factor in all the above,I won't be saving all that much and will have a phone with later technology to keep up with the times a little better.

Well worth the expense!
At first this seems like a ridiculously expensive pad. However, when considering the durability, the insulation it provides and comfort that this pad provides combined with its amazing lightweight, this pad is actually an exceptional value and has now become a critical part of my kit.
