  Slow to ship and the seller kept harassing me to release the funds. I paid for my item as soon as the auction ended ebay in in charge of giving the money.

  There was no harassment. I communicate with my buyers regularly to let them know the status of their purchase. There was a delay, and I communicated this to the buyer to ensure there would be no concerns about delivery. I requested funds be released, yes. I rarely sell on eBay, and thought buyer was responsible for release of funds. But no language of harassment was used. Thank you for your business, any confusion is regretted.
