I bought a frame for $14 sent him a copy of the receipt. He said that was too much he said I could buy a 16 x 20 frame for 3 dollars I said where never answered me. Also, he shipped it in a box barely enough to fit the frame no bubble pack no correct packaging I asked him why he told me he did not have the correct box or the packaging.
