Did not last one day before breaking

I'm NOT a big guy. I don't know how 'small' you'd have to be for this to last into day two. Felt very soft and comfortable when I first put it on, but its 'softness' may have been why it broke so easily.

Short battery life, volume controls don't work, but cheap

Not bad for the money. Sound seems the same as those costing 5 to 10 times as much, but the battery life is a 30% to 50% shorter than most other Bluetooth headsets I've owned. Don't know why I can't control the volume with the headset controls as I can with other headsets, but it hasn't been a problem. If these last longer than some of the expensive ones I've owned, then buying this headset will have been a good deal.

Beware: This does not take a standart battery.

You have to scroll way, way down the page on EBay to find the information that, unlike most small vibrating units sold on eBay, this one takes three LR44 batteries, not the single AAA battery that virtually all others call for. I doubt many people have LR44 batteries and may find them difficult to purchase.
