Great value for so many very strong magnets.
Great for many projects. Please remember to keep these away from children. Never put them in your mouth lest they be accidentally swallowed. Package does come with appropriate warnings and other instructions.

Old school, but works great.
3 of 3 found this helpful I converted my high end Klein Quantum road bike to an upright (neck and arthritis problems). No indexed-shifter would work well with my triple-chainring. Although these friction shifters come as a pair, I only used the left one (chainring), and it works perfectly, even better than my Ultegra STI did. Not the most attractive, but who cares? They were also very inexpensive.

Does the job well.
Sure, it's not Deore top of the line. But this is an excellent combined shifter/brake lever for a good price. I usually like to separate these components, but this particular bike called for the shifter and brake lever to be combined. Nice that the shifter cable already pre-loaded. You just have to supply your own brake cable and housings (or just clean out and lube your old ones).
