My first MP3 player and still the best
OK,so the Dell DJ does not play games or any of the other bells & whistles of an iPod, but the DJ does reliably store and easily play virtually any digital song. My first DJ began to malfunction after I'd dropped it twice, so I bought an iPod. Too finicky! And it's the slippery slope into becoming an Apple Store addict where no other headphones or music will sync with an Apple product. No thanks! So I went to ebay and voila! I have a new digital life thanks to a new Dell DJ; the iPod will now collect dust.

The Last of Another Apple Classic
The sound quality is acceptable but it's not on par with that of more recent models of Apple devices. I purchased the ipod touch to replace my previous ipod that I owned for 11 years. Apple products do last if properly taken care of. I plan to use it only as a stand-alone device to play MP3 recordings and podcasts, so my expectations of the device are basic.
