Great performance, poor audio quality
Like so many other Bulgarian choir recordings prior to say 2010, this is an excellent performance compromised by poor-quality recording and digital mastering. It is a shame, really, because the Pirin Ensemble women's choir is excellent, one of the best. But whoever mastered this CD (it was done in the USA...) really blew it. The reverb they added rings like a cheap spring reverb from a guitar amp!
