Suitable replacement for the original battery

Replaced the original Z3 tablet compact battery, tablet works like a charm. Not the easiest replacement job, as the tablet is waterproof sealed, so requires heat gun and patience. Make sure you clip the wires in solidly, otherwise you will get the dreaded red battery flashing.

Works perfectly on my WeWork Ooma phone

The earpas are simple foam, not dancy but so far appear durable. I got these for my WeWork Ooma phone -- the offices there are quite noisy, so a stereo headset was the right way to go.
