Very dissapointed
that DVD I bought from E-Bay was not much. First of all it didn’t have subtitles(CC). It was very “fluttery”. The colors keep changing . I think it was made off an old 8 track .
The worst news though is I never saw any real Mardi Gras PARADE. The only parade which was very brief was the Navy guys marching with a flag & Etc. It lasted about 5 seconds of viewing time.
I would like to return it.

Great while new
It was great for about 30 days.
then the lights would not go off. So I had to remove the batteries so that they would not have such a short life.
