Does the job

I purchased this unit for a specific task. I wanted to capture YouTube videos on my tablet via TubeMate on my tablet, archive those videos on a usb flash drive, & play those videos on my home theatre system. That required a unit that can recognize the flash device, play mp4 encoded sources, & it must have HDMI & optical digital audio outputs.

No Customer support!

I purchased this item mostly for use archiving YouTube material on TubeMate. The user manual states specifically that files van be transferred either way to a usb flash drive. However there is no way to do that! I called customer support &spent more than an hour talking to incompetent representatives with VERY thick accents & they did not know their stuff at all. I could barely hear them with all the ambient noise & static. When I finally talked to a supervisor he knew absolutely nothing. The user mnuel also says the unit had an HDMI ouput but it is a mini HDMI. I tried emailing customer support after a lengthy sign in/registration process, but could not submit s question. Now I have videos I spent hours downloading at Starbucks & have to delete, & redownload using the flash drive as the default writer. This tablet won't recognize a blank 32 GB micro SD card either.

New formula doesn't work

Zilactin was formerly the only effective kanka sore med. As they have made the "inactive ingredients colorless & less bitter, the end result is that it is less effective than anbesol or Kank-Aid. What a disappointment
