Quality control issue
1 of 1 found this helpful Aside from the latch not being attached upon arrival, the product is good. Obviously, there was a quality control issue and someone failed to inspect it prior to shipping. It was an easy fix (screwed in 2 screws), but I shouldn't have had to fix a brand new item.
