High quality, effacacious and palatable cider vinegar
1 of 1 found this helpful I have silent reflux and rather than destroy my stomach with mutinous concoctions from the doctor, I genned up online and was advised to try it to cut the mucus and tight, sore throat. I've tried normal cider vinegar and it didn't work, but this elixir actually does cut the mucus and soothes the tight feeling, which I mix with water and digestive bitters.
I certainly notice its worse if I skip a day of drinking it. It doesn't get rid of it, but increases the acid in your stomach so the acids don't travel up your oesophagus and make you mucusy and sore throated.

Hed Kandi headphones
I've tried lots of in ear headphones and they are uncomfortable, too big or rubbish sound. These are great for small earholes, sound isn't Bose standard, but for the price its clear and not harsh or tinny, and the bright colour is easy to find in your bag. Recommended.
