US Pro 2000 2nd Edition Portable Ultrasound Contin Pulse & Pre-Warming Soundhead

Best unit for the money...

I was a little hesitant at first to purchase this. Ultrasound was always a "doctor only" type of treatment. Unfortunately when I hurt my back a few weeks ago, nothing was giving me much relief including heat, cold, ibuprofen and Percocet (which doesn't help much and I really hate to take). About 15 years ago I had a similar back flare-up and at that time the physical therapist used ultrasound which gave me significant relief. Well, cut to the present and after a week of suffering and no additional help from medical professionals, I finally decided to do a little research on line regarding ultrasound and found that there are a lot of articles regarding therapeutic use of ultrasound at home, so I didn't go into this blind. I found this unit on eBay. There are numerous others but this model gets consistently high reviews, is very compact and comes with everything you need including a tube of gel and a very decent instruction book. As of 4/23/21, the vendor "topmaster365" was selling the US Pro 2000 for about $15 less that the average price from other vendors.

Amazing Job

These folks did an amazing job undoing the damage that a local repair shop did to my logic board and graphics chip. They sent me photo of the damage with no promises of successful repair, but managed to pull it off and returned my 17" MBP in just over a week. Altho' they're on the other side of the country, they are now my "go-to" Mac repair shop.

A Very Good Product

This light and stand combination is a bargain. The light is bright and early to use and the built-in but removable flashlight is very handy. Although it appears to be made mostly of plastic, it has some heft behind it and seems well put together and solid. The light stand really impressed me. It is very well designed and built and is capable of much heavier duty service than is needed. In order words, it's solid and should last a long time. I definitely recommend this Helios light & stand combination.
