Quality item at a great price
Item arrived in good time as promised. Price is really great (seen plumbers merchants sell this for varying amounts, anything from £100-£200+). Quality seems to be very good. Nice solid construction.
Ideally before ordering, check the dimensions of your original boiler part with this item in case its size is different (sometimes the original part may be smaller/larger than the new part. The supplied washers were slightly larger than what was required for the boiler so ended up cleaning up the old ones and using those. Before fitting, ensure the areas on the boiler where the 4 washers go is cleaned and free of debris and don't forget to lube everything properly. As this part is so reasonbly priced, it worked out easier and more cost effective to fit new rather than get the old one cleaned out and refitted. Hot water fully restored. Hopefully will last a few years.

The supplied fibre washer was not used as the original one in the boiler was a rubber one, so ended up cleaning up the old one and using that as it looked ok. Before fitting, ensure the area on the boiler where the washer goes is clean and free of debris. Hopefully will last many years.
