I tested it to a Dexa Scan
5 of 5 found this helpful I tested this against a Dexa Scan at FitCon in Utah last week. It was 1% lower than the Dexa scan. Which is darn good. Do not use skin fold measurements. They are too subjective and most people don't know how to do it right anyway.
I am going to do another Dexa scan during the summer and will see how close they are again.

Not bad!
I got a Dennis Martinez ball in mine. Not every box is gonna have a ball that you would be happy with but it's the mystery that makes it fun! I'll do another!
