  he package the batteries with tape around the bubble wrap the to ensure that the battery would not be damaged so for some reason USPS didn’t get the tracking information right even though it was clear tape. if you think this guy is scamming you he isn’t he even bought me the batteries from the Home Depot to make sure he could show me that he wasn’t trying to scam me then the packages arrived he’s an honest guy that was simply trying to protect the items from being damaged during shipping
