  Hello, I spoke with you and advised that I attempted to ship this 2x to you and it wasn't able to be delivered due to harsh inclement weather you guys were facing and going through in NC. I refunded your money in full because FedEx/UPS lost the item as I never got it back. I paid shipping worth over $19.25 to you. I am shocked with the negative review. I know you mentioned it wasn't you who put the review, I hope it can be updated at best, or worst deleted. Thank you.
