The ideal was great but it needs big improvements.
10 of 14 found this helpful I bought this to clean my downstairs area (hardwood) and it did a great job on the first couple days of cleaning. After a few uses, the cleaner became less effective. My wife used it to clean up dirty paw prints from our dogs. It smudged the tracks all over the floor. I cleaned out the dirt water bin and replaced the brush head. The mess came up, but it took a total of 3 tries. The cord is really short. To clean just my kitchen, I have to move the plug. Also, because of the design of the cleaning head, you will not be able to clean close to a wall. That means you will still have to scrub/mop those areas.

A much needed to a clean floor
2 of 2 found this helpful This is my first robot vacuum and I am very impressed. I have a dog and I became tired of having fur everywhere. sweeping and vacuuming everyday was a hassle. This vacuum packs all the features needed to keep my bare floor clean. Setting up was a breeze. The laser navigation operates with precision. It drew out the floor plan as it cleaned the first time and it showed the path taken so you can see the amount of coverage. The vacuum isn't very loud either. It even cleaned under and in between my dining room and breakfast chairs. I highly recommend this as a budget friendly, yet highly effective option to a robot vacuum.
