    New, but defective
    The product was indeed new, however, never worked. I charged the earbuds until the green light turned on, but when I tried to connect the product, it was undetectable (no bluetooth) at all even though I used many devices (tablets, cell phones, my own pc, and the app, but nothing worked). This is unfortunate because I was looking forward to using the product. I owned the same earbuds, but in black color and purchased them at microcenter.
