A Quality Replacement Part
Replaced the broken part with this one and everything is fine. Easy to replace, works well, according to the customer.

A most excellent iron
1 of 1 found this helpful This is the best iron I have ever used. I had an older Rowenta that I held onto that worked well. When it fell and was broken beyond repair, I bought the DW580. It is amazing. Some reviewers complain of heavy weight, but it's lighter than my old Rowenta. There are no issues for me with the water running out because of the strong stream output - it doesn't run out so fast, but when it does, just add some more water. Overall this is a most excellent iron, your clothes will attain a new level of smooth. This review is brought to you by a dude who normally reviews things like power tools and computer equipment. So the fact that I took this much trouble to write a review for an iron should tell how impressed I am.

Works with updated firmware.
Works fine. Comcast no longer supports the SB6121 per their tech support, but they installed firmware for the SB6141 and it worked. Using this until I can move to another provider other than Comcast.
