Do yourself a favor and nail a pie pan to a broomstick and save $150.
This mirror is NOT in any way shape or form a direct fit for a 1996 Ford E-350 anyway. Two of the 4 holes line up with OEM holes but can not be used with OEM hardware. All 4 of the mounts need to be significantly ground down for the mount face to fit flush with the door metal and then drilled and re tapped . Going down the road the mirror face vibrates and moves under minor road vibration which you can imagine is very disappointing after over two hours of modification to get fitted as well as dangerous in an RV. I had to cut fuel line into shims and wedge it around the mirror to try to keep it sill and in position and I'm still not 100% happy with the flush fit and gaps of the mount face of a mirror that was almost $200 with no instructions or mounting kit.
