Poor quality does not fit

I have 2 trucks the same generation. Ordered 2 complete kits. Received 2 face plates for stereo and only 1 hardware kit. Nothing fits with factory trim without cutting and modifying factory trim. Shipment tracking is very embarrassing. My shipment still shows to be in Utah heading this way. Will not ever use this company again. Very dissatisfied.
