This is the future of impact driving
3 of 3 found this helpful I do a lot of work in occupied spaces and these are the drivers we use the most. All my traditional impacts are collecting dust and the surges are what everyone grabs first. We also use clutched drill/drivers with quick-change hex chucks but the surge offers quite a bit of torque control and we haven’t had any problems on even very sensitive fasteners with he low speed and self tapping settings. Very impressed with the performance of these. It’s as fast as my 36-3800 rpm impact drivers with most fasteners and only as much noise as a traditional drill.

High quality industrial bit holder
These are extremely high quality bit holders and they are very minimal and slender in the design. Deceptively robust and will retain bits well. It is possible to pull out a bit when locked but it takes a lot of force and will retain any drive ty[pe of bit under heavy use very well. The collar is really slender and doesn’t get in the way of work even in tight corners. Unlock the collar and remove a bit, the collar stays open. Insert another bit and push the collar to locked position and it retains the bit. Simple but the fact that it stays open during bit changes makes everything really easy and makes it a valuable product. Great industrial brand as well.

Works great, as well as my non-reconditioned tools

The lines are produced in wider angle left to right and also up and down, than my red lasers and are so much easier to see. They read more sharp as well. Bosch makes good lasers and stands behind their factory reconditioned tools. I love ‘em. These images are from 175 ft (53.25m).
