Well built
Great product, however, I had to send mine back. I have a B&W turnover ball which is about 4-5 inches in front of the axle. This adapter has the stinger exactly in the middle of the rails. This put my fifth wheel kingpin that same 4-5 inches in front of the axle and the rails as well. Make sure you have room if you buy this. For my application it needed to have the stinger offset to move the rails back to where they would be if they were installed in the conventional manner. The B&W Companion hitch is offset and puts the kingpin in the right spot so I had to go that way and spend an extra $700. Just measure and make sure it’s what you want before you buy, it cost me $100 send this back! I have a 2015 Chevrolet 2500HD shortbed.
