Used, headset damaged, base good.
The product in general is excellent. I bought this unit used and the headset was damaged (the case for the headset speaker housing had been pried open and was damaged permanently so that it will not close. I received it this way and I didn't see any notice in the description about it. Disappointing. However, I bought it for the base which works. I would certainly recommend the brand and model for soft phone use.
