Noisy fan and heatsinks too small to fit cpu

Pros: - copper heatsinks - nice clear case - very good price - drops idle temp by 11 degrees over no fan/heatsink at idle on Raspberry Pi 3. Cons: - fan is way too noisy - copper heatsink is too small for cpu, needs to be larger width and length - long fins on the heatsink would also assist cooling Would not buy again.
