Useless screen protectors, sitting somewhere in hot condition for years or so.
All removable stickers protecting screen protectors were totally dry, remove them was impossible. Same wetscreen cleaners were dry, useless.

terrible product, software
1 of 3 found this helpful I'm very disappointed with player, after firmware upgrade, as software asked me, I can't to do anything with it, I tried to re-install original factory default but it doesn't exist or let me do, nothing is working, product all together is garbage, waste of money. Company WEB page is very poor, you can't download almost anything, it looks like company is located I middle of desert in China. Product is overpriced garbage.
