Too thick and doesn't last
0 of 1 found this helpful I needed this handlebar grip glue to stick down my new Oxford heated grips to my bike. The glue is very thick and when you slide the grip on it pushes most of the glue to one end, which means most of the grip is not stuck down. Sure enough my clutch side grip came loose after my first ride since installing the heated grips. I left the glue to dry for nearly a week. So I tried a second time, and it failed again. I cleaned up the handlebar on both occasions, and applied an even spread of glue.
The third time I restored to super glue, which sure enough is nice and thin and has held the grip down perfectly.
For some reason this glue worked perfectly on the throttle side, so it have a 50/50 failure/success rate.

Much Better Than the OEM Plastic One
I'm pleased I replaced my plastic OEM bleed screw with this brass one. My old one was getting to the point where either it was going to crack (as plastic can do over time), or the top would break and I'd need a pair of pliers to get it off.
For only a few pounds you might as well swapping this over. I just wish there was a replacement one for the bottom of the radiator as well.
