They noticed an issue with the device prior to shipping, immediately notified me and offered a full refund or said they would cover the repairs prior to shipping; I chose to have the unit repaired and they gave me an estimated timeline for the repairs. The unit was wonderfully packaged and arrived in excellent condition.
