Digging deeply into God's word.

This is a really good book for understanding the Bible better. I really like that the authors use techniques to understand sentences, paragraphs, and discourses, as well as literary forms like letters, law, and poetry.

Best book for changing your habits to healthy!

I'm using this book to systematically drop bad habits and adopt healthy habits. There are 7 categories of healthy habits to adopt and she guides you to adopt 7 habits, one for each day off the week, in 6 categories. The Exercise category is covered in her first book , Walk Away the Pounds. There is a quiz in the book which shows you where you are weak and where you are strong in these habit categories. Very insightful for me. This book is practical, down to earth, and the tasks are achievable. This book sets you up for a lifetime of healthy habits. This is not a fad diet book.

Attractive chess set

I bought this chess set to play chess with my husband and I am very pleased with the product. I like that the board is the case. I also like that it is not like a checker board, it has letters and numbers down the sides the way a chess board should have. The inside of the case/board is lined with velvety kind of material which protects the pieces, a plus indeed. The pieces themselves are beautiful.
