Great information
If you are tired of just plain protein shakes day in and day out, this is a good book. I recommend her other book because this one is mostly different types of desserts and pancakes where as the other book is more actual meals. But yes this is a good book added to the other I was mentioning. I highly recomend this author to anyone.

Well worth the money
My whole family has used this, even one of my kids who is only 8 years old. We've probably cracked well over 200 pecans with this and it works great. I'd say over 90% of them are full halves. If you are looking for something to use all your force and crush nuts this is not for you, but if you want a simple machine that works great for a good price then this will be a great buy for you
