We have been providing quality instruments you can depend on at great prices for over 10 years now right here on eBay. We specialize in refurbishing student flutes and add refurbished flutes to our store weekly but we also offer more advanced flutes from time to time. We recycle only the best instruments and top brands like Gemeinhardt, Armstrong, Vito and Yamaha. We recently had to change or item condition policy from seller refurbished to used per eBays new policies. Apparently that is only available to users who subscribe to their most expensive store category, always about the money. But we will keep our small store subscription here so we can continue to offer you affordable refurbished flutes. I forgot to change the delivery address on eBay and had to email the seller. The response was prompt and issue was resolved quickly. Second, the shipping was super fast. I placed the order on 8/27 and already received the flute on the evening of 8/28. I don't even think Amazon is this fast. Last, the item looks better than described. So happy with this purchase

The delivery person asked if I wanted to reject the package but I figured I would check the item first. The seller did a wonderful job packaging the flute to keep it safe during travel and it was not damaged at all. I am grateful they took the extra time to package it well. It is unfortunate that eBay policies forbade the seller to describe the condition as "refurbished"- since it clearly met that standard. Part of the same policies that order your search results to those sellers who purchase premium accounts rather than serving the interests of biders/buyers. In any case- "Dependable Quality Instruments" lives up to its name an then some.
