Like sleeping on clouds

I have been sleeping on Gold Bond futons for more than 25 years. This double foam futon is a dream, not only for sleeping, but also to move as one needs to do with futons. The quality is superior. It fluffed in two days and there was no discernable odor at all.

Doc said heart attack or stroke, your choice....

My last blood work-up produced cholesterol numbers that were unacceptable to my doctor and me. She had mentioned Dean Ornish's work before to deaf ears, but not this time. My genetic make up and family history includes heart disease and we saw the beginning signs in my numbers. I bought this volume and one more Ornish volume to combat what Nature and family had given me as legacy. Although Ornish includes only vegetables, I have included fish in my diet, walking and lots of water. These recipes are spring boards for many others. I can tell the difference after only three weeks of change. Heart disease is the #1 killer of folk in the US. I truly believe it can be changed through lifestyle change.
