You need to offer the approp remover or saturate the pads with it.
1 of 2 found this helpful I thought these pads would be in foil packets saturated with the laquer remover that I need to remove the laquer on my nail...they are useless. I've tried to buy this type of remover but I advised by drug store to purchase 100% acetone which I saturated with on the pad and wrapped my nail waited 5 to 10 minutes, didn't make a dent in getting the stuff off.
