  I bought a handbag from this seller that was described as new without tags. It's in very poor condition & would never be taken for a new handbag. Seller refuses to refund me unless I return it but I don't feel I should be out the shipping fee when I was excited to receive this handbag and have done nothing wrong in this transaction. I should not have to pay.
