The Maple Sugar Book, By Helen & Scott Nearing
I have just started reading this book, However, from skimming through it, the book looks like it will be helpful. I purchased this book because we own property upstate with alot of very old sugar maple trees. We would like to try tapping these maples and making maple syrup, like my husband's grandfather did years ago.
