Menocare Saved Me from Hot Flashes
I am a 55 year old woman who was experiencing hot flashes every 45 minutes, no kidding we timed it. It was horrible. I went to our local health food store and purchased this item. To begin I took the two in the morning and two at night. It took about 3 weeks for the full effect to begin but the frequency was reduced and many days eliminated and if I did have a hot flash it was a "warm flash". I reduced my intake to two in the morning. BUT...one day I ran out...I didn't think much about it and took my time getting replacement product. About 4 days into no Menocare...here comes the hot flashes and every 45 minutes! Now I was on panic mode, my local store didn't have them in stock so I went to the internet, express shipping. I now have a stock pile and I will NOT run out again. I will keep taking this item for a couple of years and then try to get off of them. Ladies this product works! At least for me.
