Disappointed in the warmth

I have had three styles of towel warmers. While this product is well made and a good value, it does not warm the towels well. This really should be called a towel-not-cold because all it does is take the chill off. Still, it is better than the one that scorched my towels.

Perfect For My Needs

This carousel holds about a fifth of our collection, and makes it very easy to access the ones we watch the most. More importantly, it came with an original remote which can be used with up to three of these units (we have two). We bought this one because of the remote. It does not play Blu-Ray disks, but that is okay with us since 90% of our collection is DVD. The price was right and the value is great!
