  Unfortunately the seller did not put any packing in the box at all and the box was too small to be packed well which resulted in damage to the handle on arrival. The machine runs well and operates as it should but the damage spoilt the transaction since do not require an additional Hoover and wanted it for my collection. I am going to attempt to glue some of the broken parts back together, with the price charged I would have expected better packing, not the courier's fault.
