Good product, good value
2 of 4 found this helpful I bought this product because I needed some more arginine in my workouts and also because it had a good price. I take preworkout with this so Im not sure if the pumps are because of that or because of this product, but probably a little bit of both. I do recommend this it definitely adds to my workout.

Honest review
Bought this for my 2010 ford f150 5.4L. I put this on a week ago and since have removed it and put the original intake on. It is making my truck make some strange noises and above that, I haven't noticed any power gains and have been seeing an average of 2 mpg lower than with the original air intake. I have ordered a K&N air filter to replace the one that came with this system and I may try to reinstall this system with the new filter, but I would save your money and avoid this system. The plus side is that everything fits really well and it's easy to install.
